Shipping

Orders ship in 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–14 business days in the US after dispatch, and you get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is free on US orders over $50; otherwise it's calculated at checkout. We ship internationally too; any customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer on delivery.

Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with nothing on the outside about what's inside.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email a photo of the item and packaging to info@monthlyplug.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll reply with the next steps.

Returns & exchanges

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorization (RA) number from customer service. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is inspected.

For hygiene reasons, glass and some smoking accessories can only be returned if defective. Plug Boxes can't be returned or refunded once shipped.
